Claudia Paproth
Founder
With over 22 years of experience in pharmaceutical communications, Claudia founded Paproth Communication to offer something the big agencies rarely can: directly applied senior expertise.
Before going independent, Claudia held senior roles across both agency and industry sides of pharma. At Novartis, she spent a decade leading brand and science communications across major therapy areas including diabetes, oncology, respiratory and rheumatology, before moving into a global leadership role overseeing communications strategy, social media and patient engagement across international markets. At Gilead Sciences, she served as Director of Public Affairs and member of the German leadership team, guiding the communications around the launch of a breakthrough CAR-T therapy in oncology.
She brings deep expertise in brand communications, European product launches, stakeholder engagement and KOL management; always with a focus on making complex science land clearly with the right audiences.
Christine Lipovec
Personal Assistant &
Office Manager
Christine is the person who keeps Paproth Communication ticking, quietly making sure everything is in order so that Claudia and the team can give their full attention to their clients. From office management and accounting to contracts and correspondence, nothing falls through the cracks on her watch.
She is the first point of contact for any practical enquiries and handles every request with the same care, efficiency and discretion she brings to everything she does. If you're not sure where to start, Christine is a great place to.
Vera Katsiveli
Digital & Client Operations
Vera holds two degrees in Computer Science and brings several years of experience in business management and customer operations to the team. With a strong technical background and a hands-on approach, she keeps the agency's digital side running the way it should.
On the client side, she helps turn conversations into action; sitting in on meetings, preparing presentations, following up on agreed points and supporting the implementation of every project from start to finish.
Herta Loydl
Events, Travel & Logistics Specialist
With a degree in Business Administration and over 30 years of experience in travel and event management, Herta brings a wealth of expertise to Paproth Communication. She began her career in marketing and advertising before specialising in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed a sharp eye for compliance and industry codes.
At Paproth Communication, she handles the planning, organisation and budgeting of international congress travel and events, working closely with partners worldwide to make sure every detail is taken care of.
